With the form linked below you can get a free transcript of your tax return. If you need a copy of the return you can get one by filing a IRS Form 4506 however there is a charge of $39. If some one prepared your return like a tax professional you can contact them and they will be able to print you a copy.

Call the IRS and request a copy - it costs $39. If all you need is the info from the original return, ask for a transcript instead, not an actual copy - that's free, and is enough for most purposes.
