What in the world is a Grappie-Bingle? Can you give us a pic. or a better description. You are talking to people from different parts of the world here and most of us have never heard of a Grappie-Bingle. Is there a more accurate or scientific name for this buggie?

And, why in the world did I just get a thumbs down for not knowing what a Grappie-Bingle is? How am I supposed to help without the proper information or description? To the one who gave me that thumbs down and you know who you are. You know where you can stick that thumb too.

Jamino, thank you for explaining what a Grappie-Bingle is. I'm sorry if I made it sound as though you were the one who gave me a thumbs down. I should have just sucked it up and ignored it. Sometimes my mouth, or rather my fingers, get away from me.

This is the only small furry flying creature I am familiar with and it is called a Wooly Aphid. Take a look and see if is your Crappie-Bingle.

NOT TO WORRY.
What you have is not a "Nepalese cherry-plum cactus". but rather a Yoohanumnit and the Grappie-Bingles don't eat them and if they do they go to ...........well you know!

Is that an aphid? I think you can try insecticidal soaps or horticultural oils to get rid of them...that way your plants dont get any toxins

We don't have that problem in U.K. Do We ? you could try squirting water from a hose pipe at them when they come in to attack.
