In my opinion
as fear factor requires not only mentally but also physically strong, I'd say
1. Aries would win
2. Aries and sagittarius
Just my opinion. I am just guessing.

Aries would do any task given, but that also means his downfall. They don't know their strengths, but they equally don't know their limitations. Hence, they'll fail and be sent away.
Taurus wouldn't even begin to get himself dirty.
Gemini is somewhat similar to Aries. Curiousity killed the cat, remember?
Cancer wouldn't want to imagine the horrors...
Leo would chicken out at the last moment, after talk about how they can manage such a task... then realise what the task involves.
Virgo might actually stand a chance; they'd go to the extreme to prove themselves... *and* they might even do a perfect job at it.
Libra would spend a lot of time pondering on the pros and cons, end up doing it but failing most of the time.
Scorpio, like Leo, will have a big mouth about it. Then they'll think twice and do it anyway - the only problem is; they can switch any emotions on and off, so they would have a fair chance at winning. If you don't take the professional help they need afterwards into account, of course...
Sagittarius is fearless. They also don't really think about any consequences. So they'll do any task, no matter how dirty, right away. Without any professional help afterwards. No doubt they'll win.
Capricorn wants to win, so they'll do it at whatever cost. Of course, like with Aries, this also goes at the cost of their own limitations. And their discipline.
Aquarius would think twice about it, end up not doing it and right they are. There's no point in competition anyway. Who cares who'll win?
Pisces won't do it. They might let someone else win at the cost of themselves.
So who'll win?
1. For singles, no doubt it'll be Sagittarius.
2. For "Psycho-couples" no doubt it's Virgo and Sagittarius.

The two signs that would lose are Leo and Virgo. The sign that would win is Sagittarius. For the "Fear Factor - Pyscho Couples" show I think that Scorpio and Leo would win because they both are strong, they know what they like and they both want to be number one.

Excuse me! Pisces would win because we have all the signs in us to begin with! Plus we are the best day dreamers there are so when we are eating pigs nuts we can imagine they are something else!
Pisces and Scorp! Because the fish can figure out how the best way to complete the task at hand and the Scorpian because they will promise good sex if they win! LOL Also because they can be ruthless!

Well it's obvious that everyone is going to say their own sign would win. I don't know who would win and I honestly don't care. It doesn't have anything to do with someone's astrological sign it has to do with their mental and physical ability.

of course a loe would win! lol. dont no bout hte psycho couple cuz dont no a whole lot bout hte other signs but i would have to guess a cancer and a leo, only becuz of the "psych couple" aspect of it! lol!!!!
