It's something that you have to obtain (it's not outright given to you), and if you mess up a few times, it'll be taken away from you. Sound like a privilege to me.

No. My ABILITY to drive a car is a skill. It is taught through many mediums, self, parents, school programs, private programs, etc. My OPPORTUNITY (the license) is a privilege issued by a governing factor. The powers that be give-the powers that be taketh away.. if you abuse the privilege of using the license.

Absolutely...I've been driving since I was 12 (now 16), so I think it's a huge privilege...I don't want to take advantage of it...
