He has had eczema since he was very young and has been having to use a steroid cream for it which I DO NOT want to use on him. I did some research on baby products and the fact that they still have a very irritating ingredient in them (sodium lauryl sulfate) so I decided to switch to all natural products. I chose the Burt's Bees baby line. I started using it but now it seems he has a little flare up. Do you know of any all natural baby products that are good to help with eczema?

I have been using natural bath products for my son as well. The burt's bee's line is not 100% natural (the shampoo bar is 98.51% natural) It also includes "fragrance" which can irritate excema. I have found that using any natural soap isn't as irritating, even if it isn't targeted to babies. I currently use the soaps by The Soap Works. I get them at our local health food store.
Hope this helps.

I have seen baby products even in the grocery store in the baby aisle for eczema. Safeway has it. Check at Walmart, and Target too.

African Black Soap.
It is the most gentle, natural soap in the world.
