Are you rich or poor, Romantic or Practical, ***** or Holsome, Country or City, there are a lot more factors but lets stick with these. IF you are rich then spend a lot on her ring and spend a lot on place you ask her. If you are poor than you want to think of something really creative. I dropped to one knee and slipped on a creamer lid of tin foil, guess which catagory i was. If you are romantic then you want to choose a place that is special for her. Practical then a place that is special for both of you. ***** some place where you two can get off to yourselves fairly quickly. Holsome somewhere the two of you can enjoy one anothers company in a nice atmosphere for a while. Country get creative with a table and candle light in the barn or in the open field or on a creek bank. City on top of a building, in a resteraunt with dim lighting, in a stadium. There are a lot more factors... but that is a start.

Romantically. It has to be romantic and memorable for the girl!! Hope that helps. Oh, and it should suit her personality...think about what she really loves in life, and try to incorporate that.
