Vince Flynn - have not read
Patricia Cornwell - all the EARLY Scarpetta stuff is great, she went wrong a few years ago... but the first several including Postmortem, Body of Evident, All That Remains, The Body Farm... anything pre-2000 is great.
Kathy Reichs - I find all her books about Brennan to be pretty good. I'd start with the first, Deja Dead.
Nelson DeMille - The General's Daughter is probably most popular, since there was a movie made... and it is a good book. I liked The Charm School as well. I like the John Corey books. Lion's Game was good and his newest, Wild Fire is also good.
Dean Koontz - My favorites are Dragon Tears, Intensity, The Door to December and Watchers.
Lisa Gardner - not a big fan... but the best was probably The Killing Hour.
Michael Connelly - I like the Harry Bosch novels. All pretty good.
