The optimum pH for Serum Alkaline Phosphatase is 10.Alkaline phosphatase is rich in skeletal muscles,Bone and to an extent in Liver.The optimum pH for the Alkaline Phosphatases are around 10 with very mild variations in these tissue extracts.
