which do you prefer? to work in a multinational company but your only a technology graduate, or you want to work in a local company- while you are working is you can pursue your engineering course?

which one is better? just bear in mind that if you will work with that multinational company is i think you are only in a low level because your only a technician. But if you will continue your studies is there is a much higher position waiting for you.

Are you willing to take the risk with this very rare chance in working with a multinational company?

I would really consider taking the job and continuing my studies at night or on the weekends...sometimes it is more important to get your "foot in the door" then wait. If it is a good company they will have an education package to help you futher your education, it might take a little longer, but it might be better in the long run. Good luck and best wishes.

It depends what country you're in. In most OEDC countries you would choose to study further because there are many choices of company to work for, both now and in the future.

If you live in a developing or under-developed country, the opportunity to join a good multi-national company may not come up to often. You can always study further once you are working for the multi-national so that would probably be the better choice.

i am all about looking to the future. i would rather work for say a year on a low wage in a job where i was training to better myself rather than work in a local company higher up earning a bit more. its also always good for future to work for a prestigious company and multi national companies usually are!

i'm willing to take a risk... as someone new, you shouldn't expect sudden successes. you have to work your way up the ladder. how can you move forward from being a technician when you said, quote: you're only a technician. persistence pays off

One of my kids has her MD and my son has his PhD. I dropped out of high school when I was seventeen. Can you tell how important I now know education is.
