Then get one with a good GPU, at least Geforce Go 7600 or Mobility Radeon X1700. Geforce 8700M GT would be great.

Some of the best PCs are put together by a company called Alienware, check them out. They're not cheap though, as they are highly tuned pieces of kit.
As much as I'd love to recommend a MacBook Pro Apple laptop, the graphics capability for games is just no match for a top-end PC laptop. Much better for media and graphics though!

Although the Apple Macbook is rated the best laptop, it is also the most expensive. Consumer Reports has rated the Toshiba Satellite (A135 model) a Best Buy in terms of value for money.

First its should be dual core processor, next is the memory( the capacity of ram at least 2G or higher), then is the graphic card ( Ge Force chip set or ATI chip set at least 512MB of memory or higher), big screen laptop like 17" screen. SATA Hard disk (with 16MB Buffer or 32MB Buffer) 250GB or higher. every parts of your laptop is very important. then next is the services of your laptop. For me I will buy Asus brand because they provide 2 years Global warranty. You can buy anywhere then there are many service center in the world.

The best gaming notebooks are from a company called Sager. Not a lot of people know of them because they target hardcore gamers mostly. They make the most powerful gaming notebook available, it blows alienware out of the water.
