It will be a sad for Cuba if after the glorious revolution it would turn into the capitalist cesspool that it was under Batista!

It probably won't revert back to the murdering Mafia haven it had been, or to the 92% illiteracy rate nor the denial of health care for the masses that had existed prior to Castro taking over.
For those Cubanazos who live in FL who think they can waltz back into Cuba and take over, they have another think coming.
I do not agree with imprisonment of political dissidents and some of the heinous things Castro did as President of his nation but his rise to power did not develop in a vaccuum, despite what old, light skinned Cubans would like people to believe. I have not heard one of them speak out about the undervaluing of property that the US corporations owned so they paid little or no taxes to the Cuban government prior to the revolution.
The US owned a quarter of bank deposits in Cuba, 90% of the electric and telephone services, and half the public railways.
The United States was so powerful in Cuba right before the Revolution that many Cubans blamed it for not putting an end to Batista's abusive rule. America's profit at the expense of the Cuban people did not go unnoticed, and hatred towards Batista and the current situation united Cubans with Fidel Castro.

Not being able to survive past the death of one family of dictators will be further proof of the unworkability of Communism.

You have to hand it to the cockroach for holding it together this long after the demise of his Soviet pimps.

I think you should lay off the crack and study some history. Cuba was never a "whore house" but an ally of the US before Fidel took it over.

Wouldn't be surprised if a Pinochet like dictator is installed and the Right calls it "democracy".
