Yes.
I can look back on the best of times and the worst of times and find something positive if I try.
Even in death I have found that the person who died was better off.
Even in cruelty I have found that it made other things sweeter.
Even in shame I have found that I am wiser for having learned it.
It can always be positive if you want it to be.
