"Don't You (Forget About Me)" by Simple Minds. Not only is it one of the defining songs of my generation, but it's about the "moving on" of relationships. In context it's about the end of high school and the beginning of adulthood, but lyrics like, "Won't you come see about me? ... Will you stand above me?" make me think of funerals, and "Will you recognize me?/Look my way, or walk on by?" sound more like they're spoken of the next life, not the next stage of it.
Is it just me, or are a couple of these answers disturbing? I hope they're being facetious.

No funeral, just a party for all my family and friends.
Music would be: Life is a highway, I never promised you a rose garden, How can I help you to say goodbye? and Remember me, with lots of feel good tunes in between.
All my friends and family are alive. I'm the only one dead, so I'd want happy music for them. Nothing sad.

I think that I'd want "The End of the Road" played at mine. I've been to a couple of funerals with that and it's always sad. I'd want the original version though and not the one from Boy's 2 Men.
