Do you want f(x)/g(x)? Or f(g(x))?

f(x)/g(x)...just invert g(x) and multiply:
6(x + 2) / 2(x - 3)
3(x + 2) / (x - 3)

take lcm and divide..

F(x) = (6 - 3x)/x
G(x) = (2 + 2x)/x

therefore,(f/g)(x) = f(x)/g(x)
= (6-3x)/(2+2x)
