Mind you, this is not MY husband in this situation.
What would cause a man to not want to take his wife to his job to introduce her to the people he works with? His wife has asked him to do it and he keeps coming up with excuses as to why he cannot do it. What would you say is going on here?

He could be cheating or for some stupid reason he feels embarrassed. No matter what there isn't a good enough reason. She should be wary of his excuses.

I have never seen ANYONE bring their spouse into the office on a normal work day just to introduce him/her all around. That would be a very odd thing to do; why is this woman requesting it? Instead, she should go in with him on Christmas Eve or some such holiday if that's the office custom, or perhaps meet some of his co-workers at parties.

He is ashamed? He is having a fling with someone there? He has misrepresented how she looks? Maybe she needs to just stop by even if it means enduring his wrath. Then she would know the truth! OR, she should ASK him point blank what the reason is and not back down till she gets the truth.

Well believe it or not some jobs have rules and don't allow it, but on the other hand what I think he has someone he's been flirting with or seeing on the side.
