If we really want equality, and the constitution of the United States is the best ruling document and not just a person or a group of people, what are we going to do to keep it that way? What are you willing to do to make sure that it is not just the strongest, most wealthy, most powerful, that are the most influential in this country? Do you hide around and get upset that it is all so politically correct now and then refuse to do anything to stand up for your rights in this country? Do you even know what they are or do you just go along to get along?

"George Bush should go F himself; interferring with other people's fights and business. He's gonna make America fall, but his term nearly over. The great beacon light of hope will come, folks. "

It is not just Goerge W, you need to realize that he is just a pawn in some ways, it is systemic, and if we don't start standing up for our country, our people, and our land we are all going to lose that is just the truth, freedom what does that really mean? what does our constitution mean?

Let me say this I don't not blame him for what is happening, I am just saying that it is not only him that is at fault here this is bigger then just him it is systemic! He is not just a "pawn", even if he is a pawn, and he did lie to the people on national tv to get us into this war and he needs to admit that

RKO as right as you are you are wrong too, there is world domination by a few, you are looking at the grassroots not at the top brass and who actually has what, so it is easy to get the little people and blame and shame us and not look at where the wealth and power is actually centered and why? Even the poorest countries are not fool they have people with mass wealth in them, the poor downtrodden grassroots in all countries need to stand up against the hierarchy! This is not America even though we are one of the best countries, name me one country where none of the leadership is extremely wealthy?

It is what is being done with the wealth how it is being distributed or not and who is really getting what out of what? There really are still very very many impoverished Americans even though you may not see them on tvs LOL LOL LOL

The one thing that we all have until it is taken as it has been in other countries is our voices and our ability to think about things and think differently, it is democracy the right to disagree to stand up and to speak against what is going on, if the mass doesn't do that if they refuse if they become indoctrinated enculturated faster then we can talk about it that is when the problems really come in, think about it.

I agree that our president and others like him, are a pawn. Yet I also came to believe he is not the trigger man and we must look behind him and see who has been pushing the pressure for his decisions.

Sadly, we will do nothing to 'keep it that way'. Just as the great Greek and Roman empires before us, our society will collapse in ruin once the sloth, arrogance, avarice and hubris has set in - and, it will happen sooner, rather than later.
We have become a culture without a moral compass, used to getting everything we want - or taking it if we have to; we constitute only 5% of the global population, yet we squander 55% of the world's resources.
Instead of sharing, we hoard. Instead of espousing peace, we go to war. Instead of loving, we dominate.
Every single American should read "The Sandpiper" by Robert Peterson, then adopt that tearful story to a world-wide vision. America has thought only about itself without regard for the rest of the global society. We are a weary and wanton people, so caught up in ourselves that we forget about the rest of the world which lives (mostly) in abject poverty and despair. -RKO- 09/04/07
