It can be. It just really depends on what you get. Stick to veggies, light meats (like turkey or chicken) and stay away from sauces/condiments & yes, it can be very healthy.

it really depends on what you get. If you get healthy meats and add alot of cheese and or alot of condiments it's not as healthy. It's healthier than like a double cheeseburger though!

well considering the alternatives like Mcdonald's and Wendy's, yes.You know they say drugs are bad for you. They never tell you what the long term effect of these 1,000's of preservatives do to you, do they? Ever see a guy 50 that eats at Mcdonald's everyday?

yes but it depends which items you ordered the bread you choose, no condiments other than light mustard (mustard is good but it has lots of sodium) no mayo no oil but the vinegar is okay and no cheese.
