If you have very large breasts, wearing a loose (sports type, but not tight) bra will help give you some support at night and over time may help reduce sagging...however many women don't wear bras to bed so it's really a personal choice.

I wear a loose fitting kind that I can't feel to bed. But the normal day I wear an underwire bra.

Not necessarily. I sure wouldn't wear an underwire bra to bed because it would be uncomfortable. But if you are comfortable in it, go for it.

it's more comfortable not to, but there's not a rule that says you can't. just get some training bras or loose fitting sports bras, which are looser and more comfortable than regular bras.
