No, a SNES emulator cannot play NES games, as a real SNES could not, without a special add-on, which was really just another NES in a box.

If you want an NES emulator, try Jnes or Nestopia. You can download them from:

No you need a seperate emulator for nes roms. Try going to http://www.romworldonline.com/ and checking if they have nes emulators and roms

No, you have to download a totally different emulator for that.
