Besides psychological therapy, is there any medications that can help suppresive the compulsivity that pulls a compulsive liar to lie? What would be the best treatment for someone who lies hopelessly and knows they have a problem?

I don't think there is one. They are convinced on some level that they're telling the truth, even when you confront them with facts. Get away from him!
