It means that you had a program on your computer that was loading the file whenever the computer was booted. The program was removed, by the registry entry which loads the files was not removed. (Either it was just deleted rather then being properly uninstalled or the uninstall failed).

You can try to turn it off:manually" by clicking the Start Button, then selecting RUN and typing in: msconfig
In the window that open go to the Start Up tab
Look through the listing of items being loaded on boot up and see if you can find that file. Uncheck it so did does not try to load it in the future.

Then go to http://download.com and download the free program Ccleaner. Run the registry cleaner included with that program and it should clear that (and any other "orphaned" calls) out of the registry.

Try to pick the error up with a registry cleaner scan. If the software can find and isolate the error, you can

Sounds like file got deleted or corrupted, try re-installing the app.
