Oh, dear! Someone else confusing intelligence with knowledge. You 'know' how to use a computer - it takes learning. Intelligence is innate, and other than needing a basic amount to facilitate learning at all, has nothing to do with what you may or may not know. It will be intelligence that decides for you what you can or cannot say, not learning.

intelligence of that dose you may have in mind is not only essential to handle a computer but to go out on the streets .If your people are trust worthy believe in them. What I do not know yet is that when your ID is stolen should you go to the police to report or sit and wait for some Angel from space to come to take your complaint.

Many people are control freaks and have a need to tell other people what to say all the time.
And many intelligent people are not wise in knowing when and what to say or not...

Just because you can push a few buttons doesn't mean it's evidence of intelligence. Just look at all those lab rats. But you can say whatever you like on this thing; everyone else does.

It is great to be able to push a few buttons but do you know what to do with them, understand how they work and be able to fix them if a problem developed ??? It's not enough to know something, you have to understand it as well.

There are people on here who are obviously using computers but the stuff they post seems to indicate they have little intelligence
You are right however that there are people on here who seem to feel they can dictate what the rest of us are and are not allowed to talk about, just ignore them

You would be surprised how UN-intelligent you can be, yet still use computers.
I am in IT support, and get some classics.
I once asked someone to tell me what was on his screen, and he said "No I can't, I've got my back to it!!!!!!!"
