In the 7th book Harry's invisibility cloak is described as "..a cloak that really and trully renders the wearer completely invisible and endures eternally, giving constant and impenetrable concealment,no matter what spells are cast at it.."
So, can anyone please tell me how did Dumbledore and Malfoy both freeze Harry when he was under the cloak?

"..a cloak that really and trully renders the wearer completely invisible and endures eternally, giving constant and impenetrable concealment,no matter what spells are cast at it.."
It means the cloak won't show itself to any1 no matter what spells are cast upon it ... and the freezing spell isn't a spell which is trying to penetrate the invisibility is it? I hope that clears it up ...

Only Dumbledore performed the full Body-Bind on Harry. Malfoy never did. He didn't see Harry and wasn't aware that he was under the Invisibility Cloak.

Indeed, the Cloak is not impenetrable to other spells and curses, only revelation to others. Remember Harry told Dumbledore that the Cloak would not have helped his parents against Voldemort even if his father had it that night in Godric's Hollow? Dumbledore knew where Harry was, it was him who told him to put on the Cloak, he was a very skilled wizard who can do non-verbal spells easily.

"Homenum revelio" would only tell if there's a human present, (like Dumbledore did when Harry visited the Mirror of Erised), but the Cloak could still conceal you. Spells and curses revealing anything concealed is meant by that phrase "no matter what spells are cast at it."

First, it was Dumbledore who froze Harry as he knew what was going to happen and actually wanted to let it. We do not find this out however until the 7th book when Harry is reliving Snape's memories. He awas able to do this simply because he knew that Harry was there.

An invisibilty cloak, although rendering the wearer invisible, could still be damaged by spells. In addition, the charm that made it invisible would eventually wear off and have to be renewed. Charms or spells meant to reveal objects could still find some invisibility cloaks.

The cloak that Harry had however had a charm that did not wear out and could not be damaged by spells cast at it. It offers concealment from discovery and the charms and spells that relate to this, not protection from other spells especially when the wearers location is known.

Dumbledore also warned Harry indirectly that Dementors could "see" someone under the cloak. Whether this was true was not clear as he may have been trying to keep Harry out of trouble by saying this. Dementors do not "see" like we do, they sense emotions so although they could not see the person, they could sense their fear or other emotions. In book 7 Harry uses the cloak to go the the Forbidden Forest past Dementors however he uses the resurrection stone to call his parents, Sirius, and Lupin back from the dead and they act as a special "patronus" for him, keeping the Demntors from finding or affecting him.

Dumbledore knew where Harry was and aimed a shot at it, and the cloak cannot block it, but still kept Harry invisible. No spell can make the the Invisibility cloak reveal the wearer but it cannot repell other spells.Only Mad-eye Moody's eye can see the wearer under the cloak.

"...giving constant and impenetrable concealment,no matter what spells are cast at it.." refers to the fact that no spell can make the cloak reveal itself. However, if you already know that someone is using the clock (like Dumbledore & Malfoy did) then you can still cast a spell like the stunning spell.

I do not believe Malfoy froze Harry; instead Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore right after Dumbledore put the frozen charm on Harry. Dumbledore knew where Harry was as he was with him the whole time and chose to protect Harry rather than himself.

It doens't say that it blocks all spells, just spells that try to reveal the wearer. The cloak will always make whatever is under it invisible, no matter what. (Except for Moody's eye apparently. I think she forgot about that one.)

Concealment means hiding, not protection. The cloak doesn't protect from spells, it makes you invisible. And you remain invisible regardless of the spells that you may receive.

Dumbledore knew all about that cloak from his studies with G-man at his house, and so knew at least one spell around it. I doubt Malfoy had much to do with HPs freezing... jut don't take just my word on it! reread?!

They knew his location. The cloak itself still remained in effect, and although frozen, Harry still remained invisible.
