you may need to call the dealer to get the unlock code for the radio, but you can normally turn the theft light off by turning the key on for 10minutes, turn if off for 10 seconds, turn it on for 10 minutes, turn it off for 10 seconds, turn it on for 10 minutes, and turn it off for 10 seconds, then try to start it. you may have to repeat this process 2 or 3 times

Turn key to on, Leave door open. It will take about an hour to reset.
