For the Astrologer:
Don't:
- assume your consultee doesn't know anything about astrology. Not everyone is as stupid as they look...
- be vague or circumstancial. Astrology is more accurate than people might think. Ill-educated astrologers with little judge of character always resort to "might" and "maybe" so they can later say they've predicted accurately. Then again, if they were wrong, they could say 'well, I said "might", didn't I?'
Do:
- explain astrology. People don't always understand it completely.
- say exactly where you got which information. It's only a matter of being consistent.
For the people who go to Astrologers or who read their horoscopes:
Don't:
- believe your daily horoscopes. They's s|-|ite, clear and simple.
- assume people know everything about your future. Astrology isn't fortune telling.
Do:
- learn about astrology. For those who don't believe in it; Machiavelli once said; "know thine enemy". Think about that.
- keep an open mind. A closed mind never learns anything new; an open mind is evolutionary, a closed mind is simply living in the past.
- get to know your astronomy (this is for both astrologers and the people on the recieiving end); you'll be able to pin point exactly where the planets are just by looking at the night sky - or at the sun or the moon, without having to calculate anything... if you really want to impress your friends...

Do study and learn as much about astrology as you can.
Don't assume anything.
Don't rely solely on sun sign personality descriptions.

dos: always tell the facts even if something bitter -- they wud get better or bitter but u should be unbiased
don'ts: never guess anyhting about the sign you are dealing wit always rely on your sources to confirm your assumption or else you should be an super expert in astro to a level to identify the other sun sign bf they tell

Don't generalize any sign too much ie: all Scorpios are dark, or Cancers are attached to their mothers for life.
Do study and keep up with new information, and try to help where you can.
