Which is the best area in leicester to invest in with stable capital and yield growth? Braunstone? Thanks?

I have approx £15 equity and am looking for a three bedroom property with close ameneties. Also, any new developments/regenerations throughout leicestershire?

Braunstone's not too bad. Wigston is worth looking at. The Indian community live in the Belgrave area, now nicknamed the "Golden Mile". It's certainly worth investing in as it's now very prosperous.

15K WILL GET YOU NOT A LOT,ANYWHERE NEAR BRAUNSTON IS GOOD BECAUSE OF THE CANAL AND THE EXCELLENT MARINA THERE,CANAL ENTHUSIASTS PAY MONEY FOR CANAL SIDE PROPERTIES.
