The house that Michael is staying in (or uses at times) looks... very farmiliar.
In fact I swear if it had a sign on the railing it would be the Delta House from Animal House.

Am i right? does anyone else agree?

I checked on www.imdb.com and the house from Animal House was demolished (I don't know when) and it was mostly filmed in Oregon.

Halloween was filmed in California.

Two totally different houses, The Delta House was much bigger.

No, but did you know When Michael slams the truck driver against the bathroom wall, a framed poster on the other side of the wall cracks and falls. In the next shot, it is back on the wall and not damaged ?

It probably is the same house; studios re-use sets all the time, especially for movies that are shot entirely on the lot. (And in the case of a horror movie, there's a tendency to either shoot entirely on the lot, or entirely in one or two locations.
