Make sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan. Obviously, it should not do that.

At what point exactly in the reboot process does it roll into the next reboot? What OS version? Have you tried to get into safe mode? if so did you? If it bluescreens, what is the error it's giving? That's kinda helpful for Windows OS reboots. If it makes it as far as a desktop (fully loaded and icons) then you could have a software or device driver issue. If you can get into safe mode, that kinda nails it as a driver/software issue. A system restore point might help, if you have one, but if you don't you'll have to try weeding things out of the start up process, or disabling device drivers.

It seems your computer is having some virus. Get hold of a good anti virus. Some free Av's are also available like AVG. Download & install it. Also, please check whether your OS is installed properly. You may reinstall/repair by using the CD through which it was installed originally.

my first guess would be it needs cleaning out. Purchase a can of air and remove the side cover on the computer tower. Blow out the power supply, heat sinc, and all fans. Your overheating and removing all the dust and dirt does wonders.
