Your question is just like what will happen if you pass the high rising building & if it falls? Why you are so much apprehensive about your resignation not being accepted by your company bosses? Do you think a company works on only one of its employee or you are something very important that be discontinuing your services the company will face heavy financial losses? Just go & summit your resignation letter & if they refuse to accept it the send it by registered post & keep a copy of the same with the postal receipt issued to you. After the completion of the notice period as provided just stop going to the job, but before that collect your last salary & other charges due to you from the company. In case they refuse to clear your accounts then only you can move the court for its recovery till then just wait & pass your notice period time period in the company.

hand over the resignation to your company , take a recipet and stop going to office after the notice period. If they dont pay u for that period send a legal notice thru a lawyer, and then file a case in labout court. But before u do all this read the terms and conditons in your employment letter carefully.

hmm..
If you made an irrevocable resignation, then the company can't do anything about it, they can't force you to stay unless you have signed some paper stating otherwise, but after your notice, you should well be leaving by the end of your notice period.

about your colleagues, you have an immediate supervisor, you should ask them to do an incident report on how these people abused you. Or, you can go to the Human Resources management to discuss your matters with them, try asking a lawyer for help, but the steps I wrote down here are just your rights..And you should go do them when you feel you're being stepped on..

hope this helps!

There have been a lot of assumptions made in the answers you have received and since your post doesn't make a lick of sense, until you come back and clarify the questions asked, there is no one who can give you a cogent answer.

Yes ... you can go to court.
But 1st try to convince your company and your boss for your needs.

If you are abused then either go to HR or top management or police.

well....
first you would need someone to represent you;
because you aren't being understood very well here.
I'm not real sure what your question is. :-(
