There is a small button in the back. Press it and hold it in for 30 seconds.

Are you referring to a hard reset or going into the router settings via a web browser? If it is the latter, use 192.168.1.1, type admin in the password box (leave the user name/login blank) and it will take you to the main window for your router... The Factory Reset Settings is in the menu. Good Luck!
