Everything is the same, the only difference you'll see is that the steering wheel is on the right side of the car. Clutch, brake and throttle pedals are all the same left to right. even the ones for signal, light and wipers, its just that it's all on the right side of the car since they drive on the left side of the road.

All right hand drive cars I've seen. Clutch is left then brake pedal and on the right accelerator. So the only thing to get used to is shifting with your left hand. About an hour and you quit hitting the right door panel with your right hand trying to find the shifter..
