I totally agree! Totally dark in the bedroom... and the noise of a fan or rain on the roof and I'm sleeping! However, I have to admit that I keep a night light in the long hall to help me get to the toilet in the middle of the night if I need to! LOL

I like to sleep in total darkness too. But if someone gets up during the night and leave the hall light on, well I will sleep right through the night anyway. Hugs, rights back at you.

I sleep with the light on because I usually read until I fall asleep. I hate any noise and prefer total silence. I'm a very light sleeper and the least noise wakens me up.

We like the lights out when we sleep. We do burn a nightlite in the family room. So there is a trace of light when we get up during the night. There are times when we are not fully awake and we need to find ourselves before we take off for the restroom or kitchen~~~You understand, I hope ?? ~~~~~

I sleep with a light on, because I watch & read alot of horror, and I believe in monsters & things anyway, so I'm always afraid that something's gonna get me in the dark-only if I'm alone. If I'm at my sister's house or anything like that, I sleep in the dark.
