with the sort of language u write u cant even become a clerk, what to say of an IS officer. by the way, it is IAS and not IS. and u dont make IS officer u become an IS officer. Please join your school again and learn proper english.

there is still some hope.
if either arjun singh or mayawati becomes prime minister
and make you a private secretary then you can be a
IAS officer.keep in touch with either or still better, both of them
