I sure did. I was on Ortho Novem 135 and NEVER in 2 years missed 1 single pill. I took it at the same time of the day, did everything right.
The same doctor that gave me the pill also gave me Amoxicillin 500mg for an ear infection. I guess it slipped his mind that taking an antibiotic can make the pill invalid, but it did.
When I went to his office to find out what was wrong with me, he could not figure it out, finally this genius gets the idea to do some blood work. They lost it, he got it the second time and I got the call. It is not a call you want when you are on the pill trying to get ahead in life, but it is a call that came all the same.
I would not take all of the money in the world for my daughter, she can be 3000 miles away and when she pricks her finger I feel it, I carried her 8 inches below my heart, but all the same, I was on the pill when she came to be.

Yes I did with my second child. Although the doctor seems to think that the diarrhea I had for only 1 day mid-cycle could have messed it around and thats why I fell pregnant. but who knows??? they aren't 100%.
(BTW, my little boy was worth getting pregnant for!)
