Where does the power of the Thai amulets and Chinese yellow talisman comes from

No, there are no deities or gods inside amulets. Amulets and talismans symbolize a belief in deities and in their powers.
Amulets get (or are supposed to get) their powers through the blessings of people with power (or magic). When you wear the amulet, you carry this power with you.
It is therefore not what the amulet is made of that is important, but what it symbolizes and whether any powerful person(s) has/have passed part of his/their powers on to the amulet.
