when we die..or lose hope...they are the same...

Some people expire while they are still young physically, but their souls are very old and they are dead on the inside.
Other people remain youthful till the day they draw their last breath on this earth. Even though the body may be frail, yet their soul always remains young.
On a more literal level you can sometimes consider people to be useful even beyond their actual physical death through the miracle of modern medicine and organ transplants!

Well said, Gardenia! I agree! There is no such thing as a "use by" date on us humans. Every one of us has worth and can be of use in some form or fashion as long as we are alive.
And sometimes even after that...

when loss of memory, pee and poo yourself, and you cant feel the ants biting your legs, while youre sitting in a chair outside..being spoon fed, and when g/children say to their parents, why is gran or pop wearing diapers, times up ppl.

I dunno what you mean by this question...but reading the answers I think you mean when do we feel expired or something? I agree with Tulipa on this one...when we feel useless...and I agree with Gradenia and Sawsan too...no one expires until he takes in his last breath
