I break off a blade with my super strength, use that to punch a hole in the side of the blender, and escape. I also unplug the blender for sake of other trapped shrunken people.

I'd think that maybe they should be asking me questions about my qualifications, my career and my suitability for the job rather than pseudo-philosophical bollox like this.
HR people seem to be progressing as far up their own rear-ends as possible these days.

See if there is any means of escape. If not I would hang onto one of the blades for dear life as if it was holding it and spinning with it I wouldn't get chopped up. Alternatively if there is space below the blades I would lie as flat as I can.

Move to the center-fix which holds the blades..... the blades can't cut at their fixed roots.
