Get yourself into an English language class. When you go for an interview first say that although your English isn't very good at the moment, you are taking classes to improve it. Speak slowly and clearly so the interviewer can understand you. The fact that you are doing something for yourself will show the interviewer that you are serious about the job and really want the work. It will help you. Good luck.

I think it's natural to have that feelings, and the only way I think to over come this, is to have the self confidence. and I suggest to look up what the "self confidence and learn how to build it in you, and Do Not Over Do it, because some times it back fires. There are some web sites which are very helpful (I don't know it my self), maybe you want to check it out, look for some recruiting and jobs agencies in the web. Good Luck.
