What makes you happy?

I'm exceedingly happy. *grins* It's gonna sound cheesy and cliched, but I've met someone that means the world to me, and that in turn, makes me exceedingly happy. I've been looking for 4 decades, never thought I'd find it, but now that I have, I can't stop grinning.

I'm manic depressive so it depends upon a lot of different factors as to whether I am laughing and kidding around or looking for things to jump off of, stab, cut or explode with. I'm old enough now to know better than acting on any of these impulses but, rather, remind myself to get the sleep, healthy food, and exercise required to stabilize. But that doesn't always work. Reading is a good way to distract myself from all the irrational emotions, but happiness seems to be a thing like the weather I can enjoy when it's nice out and, if it's not, think of things to do while I'm waiting.

Yes I'm always happy because I'm always to smiling when I'm feeling tired from my work like to do the household chores and this is my beauty secrets always smile and of course my 10 months old nephew was always to smiling at me when he was waking up in the morning and he wants to played with me and of course if you had some problems always smile and always a positive thinking and be happy with your loved ones

i am not happy. Im actuall a little depressed because i cant seem to get the right girl. I know she is the right girl! Shes the reason i smile, i guess shes the reason i was happy. =( I guess all i want is Loveee.

I am happy with what i am now.i feel that whatever god gave to me is great and should be used for good purpose.Now I may make others happy without giving them any pain
