I was told to go on the Coach website but I can't seem to find the link. I think this service only tells Coach that I am a Coach customer and they send me monthly updates and stuff but you can actually find out if your product is real by authenticating the number inside the purse/handbag. Please don't say visit www.coach.com .... i need the actual link. Thanks!

You should just take it to a Coach store & ask a manager to look at the product. They will be able to tell you if it is authentic or not.
