I had mine done Feb 2006 and do not regret it one bit. My back pain is GONE. I can now find bras IN store instead of special ordering them.
Totally worth it.

BTW, the answerer above me is WRONG, you CAN breastfeed a baby. I know many women who have breastfed after a reduction, it really all depends on the type of procedure done.

I haven't but my aunt has had a reduction. Everything went fine and they look great. I would advise it only if it's necessary. And if that's the case, take your time finding the right doc.

The wife of a work mate of mine had this operation and sadly died as a result. This doesn't happen often but it is a reminder that it is a serious operation and not just a cosmetic exercise.

hi. i dont know how old you are but if you have a reduction you cant breast feed a baby.
