go get a punching bag or go work out... You are over stressed and you don't know how to let go...

You want so many things but don't know how to get there... it will be okay... I don't have a passport yet... or I would come and straighten you out... lol;)

I use to have the same problem as you. I am a nice person, but when I have too much pent up anger I tend to easily snap at people. When something or someone was bothering me, I would just ignore it. Trust me, it builds up over time and when you can't take it anymore, your emotions will come exploding out. Your built up anger is what makes you snap at people. Think of it like filling a balloon with air, when the balloon reaches its limit it explodes.

I would recommend talking to a person you confide in. Trust me, when you let everything out, you will feel so much better. Or you can try taking a different approach by seeing a counselor or a shrink.

You need to attend something. You don't sound nice. Do you really have yourself fooled in believing people who "snap " on a words notice are nice.
