my daughter is a drug attict, she snorts perecets and lortabs up her nose all the time she takes xanax, and smokes pot please tell me what this can do to the baby she is caring

You might want to place her in rehab for her pregnancy. Just taking a Over the Counter Medicine like Advil can harm your baby's development.
My mother did Crack or something on that level when she was pregnant with me- I never knew her as I was adopted - and it messed up my nervous system, I shake real bad, and I ended up with alot of chemical imbalances that required medication including ADHD. I'm pretty normal for the most part but I was a bit slower than most people when it came to thinking and social skills.

This kind of activity can really hurt the baby. My aunt is a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse and she is always telling me about these poor infants that are born addicted to drugs. Besides the possibility of miscarriage, the baby could be born prematurely and be on life support for months. The baby could also be so small, it won't have normal body functions for a long time. Most drug addicted babies born at my aunt's hospital weigh about 1-2 pounds and are in the hospital for two to three months. Plus, it is now the policy of most hospitals to do a drug test on a child without the mother's knowledge. If the baby is popped positive, they will send a social worker to the mother's room and you have an excellent chance of them taking the baby away. If you can get her to stop at all, please do.

She is really risking having a baby with Birth Defects. She will deliver a child that will have to go through with drawls.
She shouldnt be having a baby. can you get her to a rehab?
I had a son that did drugs so I understand how difficult it is. And with a baby on the way I can't imagine what you are going through.
Also....I can't imagine her taking care of a baby while she is doing drugs. Are you going to raise the child?
Or will Child Welfare take the baby and put it into foster care?
No way should she be trusted with a baby.
Drug addiction is so powerful that a person risks a child that they are growing inside of them.
Can you get any family counseling?

More than likely she will kill her child.
Drugs are sent straight to the baby, and when born (if they survive) will be reliant on these drugs! And these children are usually very sick!
I'm so sorry that your daughter is like this, and recommend you trying to get her to a detox clinic or a doctor as soon as possible!
