because the equation is parallel to the x-axis then the gradient is zero.
formula for straight lines= y-y1=m(x-x1) where 2=x1 & 5=y1

when substituiting the values the equation becomes:
y-5=0(x-2) which is y-5=0 when making y the subject of the formula this becomes y=5
