Satan's very existence is allowed only to test Man's free-will. Without Evil to balance Good, there would be no need for a free-will to choose right and wrong. Without Evil, there would not be a 'wrong'. Satan 'messing' with your mind is another way of saying that he throws temptations at you to do wrong. What you do with those temptations and ideas is your choice, thus Free-Will.

No, Satan got enough blames for everything, if there's something wrong with me, I look inward to see what is really wrong and try to straight things out, only an insane will blamed Satan for his problem with his own mind.

Yes and no.
"Satan" is just what some people call that little voice in the back of your head that says "go on, do it, you know you want to" and all that stuff, but some don't listen to the "voice" which is why you get "good" and "bad" people.

It's all about believing. Satan can't get in our mind if you assure your self he can't. Use for powers for good not evil... take care

Yes sometimes satan will mess our mind or our common sense by whispering to us for example please take (steal) it because no one see you or please kill her ,you will be save by throwing her dead body into the river..They do not aware or forget that God is omni present and omni potent.
As you know satans vowed to God that they will always try to tempt humans during their lives. They will bring humans into the wrong path. The weak human who has no strong faith to God Almighty will be easily tempted by satan.

No.
