Because India is conservative. In North America boys and men can wear whatever they like.

It's obvious you have never been shopping in the USA because we have a very big assortment to pick from. And man can wear what they like without being made fun of.

Who says? There is plenty of male jewelery - start with everyday stuff like cuff links, then there's tie pins, necklaces, rings, earrings, etc etc.
