yeah, i pretty much do everything you've just stated...
but lately, i've been doing puzzles...
so i can focus and relax...
and while i'm doing the puzzle i'd be listening to music
and eating ice-cream...
hahah!! yeah...

I either call up my best friend and rave on about how I'm so stressed, or I read a classic book like 'David Copperfield' or something. And I eat and watch TV and bite my nails as well. But otherwise I make sure I'm not stressed in the first place (lol)... WEIRD....

First, I take my pill for it everyday... I just had a mal anxiety attack last week. Talked myself out of it by reassuring myself that I was /am safe from harm and loved and needed. Stress can make one ill and when I feel stressed out , I think of those people who have it so much worse in life than I .

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Crank up the tunes and take a hot shower... if that doesn't take care of it, I take a walk while listening to my mp3 player... normally I calm down by the time I return home.

i prefer alone!!! mostly is the peaceful and quiet moment...also precious moment too!!!
sometime stress /anxiety not come from ownself....it could be from people surrounded given....
nobody would be so silly to stress ownself .....usually they did not take notice that the main cause is from outside, not inside!!!

Sometimes (unfortunately...I'm working on it) I yell at my brothers or sisters. Sometimes I eat... sometimes I read. Sometimes I get on the computer.
