I would have to say it's Hot Pot. What is it, is they put a huge pot of broth in the middle of the table. And from there, you basically cook your own food in the pot; you make your own sauce, and dip the various meats, and greens in the sauce.

I think it's Chinese.

Living in a multicultural city I'd have to say Ethiopian food was most unique. They serve it on a big round style bread. You eat with your hands dipping and scooping differnt types of vegetbles, meat and sauces.

At the end, you merely eat the serving dish. It's kind of like eating the ingredients off the top of a pizza and saving the crust for last. It's very good food and I'm going back.

Respctfully,

We have a place like that here, too. It is called The Melting Pot. VERY romantic!

I would have to say my most unique experience was actually when I was a server. I waited on two great couple's from The City (New York). They were very friendly, funny, and they tipped me 30%. When they left, the bartender told me that the dark haired guy was the guy from the Sopranos. I was a server, so I wasn't up to date on popular shows because I worked nights.

Well, in the final season of the Sopranos, I watched it. Turns out the guy I waited on was Bobby.

The actor is a really nice man, and he tipped me well!

Eating in a Vietnamese restaurant, slumped all the way down in my chair because my phys ed teacher was right there, eating with his wife who basically married him to get to America. All my siblings had him so we were all crouched low while my parents enjoyed a good posture. Why we were so desperate not to say hello? I'm not sure why. :D
