So I have been sexually active for 5 years and never had a pap. I am totally freaked out to go to the doctor and get one, b/c I was date raped years ago. Is there anything I can do, and how bad is it not to have a pap?

You should have had one PRIOR to having consensual sex.
You really should have a pap, who knows if you have something SERIOUS going on down there that could be transmitted to your partner!!!
It really is nothing to be afraid of, even with your situation. Talk to your doctor and explain your concerns and fears and they will help relax you.

its really bad hun. seriously you could be spreading some wild sickness that you wouldnt know about...oops. but it doesnt hurt its alittle weird at first but nothing to freak out about. oh and make sure that you get a chick doctor.
