haha, That's a funny question. Well you can use something as simple as Microsoft Paint, and drag/drop pieces of one picture onto another, but I'd recommend a more detailed program like Photoshop. That will cost you money though.

Adobe Photo shop will do. you will just open the two pictures, cut and paste the head or body to other picture, then you can modify, trim, to match with the background...it needs a little practice to have good result...

You can use paint but it looks like crap.
Photoshop makes it look good but you better have the money for it.
Gimp also works and its free.
